What a fantastic mall! They practically have everything here. This mall is so stuffed with stores there are even some stores with multiple locations! Not only is it the biggest mall in Canada, but it also houses an ice rink, movie theatre, theme park and water park? And a beautiful pirate ship right in the centre of the mall! One of my favourite parts of this mall was finding out that they have the largest Lush store in North America! Very cool.
Kids love spending the day at the aquatic centre. There is a huge variety of shops for every taste. Plenty of food courts and entertainment. I love hanging around and drink a good coffee. You will find good deals on clothes at shops like Winners, West 49,or Stitches.
Great place. Mini golf, over priced fairground rides, and tons of water slides. It has them all. It even has an ice rink where the excitement of the crowd of onlookers over builds the confidence of some skaters resulting in delightful wipe outs. Also be sure to catch the seals doing tricks. And by tricks I mean swimming around giving it 25% and still receiving fish like they were world class.
Would definitely recommend to tourists, the atmosphere is very, you could say its usually pretty crowded. I prefer to come early in the morning since I believe that theres less people. And its nicer, since everything is clean. especially the food court, since it gets very messy after noon, as in theres food all over the floor. I would definitely come here in a group, or family since its more fun, especially in Galaxy Land, since you can go on the rides and games all together. The employees are very nice, and are very helpful, if you ask for where theres a map, theyll tell you. Altogether, the WEM is a very great place to spend your time.
Canadians believe that they m8n at have the world's largest indoor mall. This place is impressive has a water themed park inside the mall like Hurricane Harbor or Soak City. It also has a mini theme park and show as you see in the pics (water park was under construction) I been to the Mall of America in Minneapolis can't say which is bigger just that both have there greatness... if you love shopping why not get some extra fun in. A must if you are in the area....
