Sobeys is scarce in this city so finding one was a blessing. Store is always clean and staff are friendly. They have a great selection and offer great prices. 10/10 recommend.
They always provide great service. Also I love their large store made sandwiches that they will cut up for you if you ask! Love it
I will never shop here again. I went to the post office to mail to boxes.. both the manager and the other worker were very rude. She had put tape on one box then I asked for a bit for the other box and she made it to be a big deal and I ended up having to buy tape. Dont offer tape if you cant put tape on the other box.I was a bit upset I had my 2 little kids with me and my one was crying. Then she refuses to help me and I asked her where her manager was and she was the other lady. She just stood there didnt even care! No smile nothing... I called to speak to the store manager, when I spoke to the manager on duty he said he would address it right away and give me a call back. I never got a call back!I will never shop or use the post office in this Sobeys again.
This Sobeys has a great bakery and wonderful produce. However, we rarely go here as no matter how busy it gets there are never enough cashiers. 1 cashier for 6 or 7 people is too few. Rarely are extra cashiers added to help. The wait is far too long. From my experience this has happened every time I have gone in the last few months.
This location isn't the same since Morgan left. He was constantly stocking produce, making sure no apple is out of place. Now the produce aisle looks like a pigsty. Embarrassing.
