I had gone to this clinic for a few years, and am very happy to have switched to another clinic. They are busy, and tend to run late with their appointments. There is no personal service here. They misdiagnosed two of my cats and we ended up losing both of them.
I Had a question and i wasnt just told you have to pay to talk to the vet! So they were very helpful and i was happy with the client service
Had to put down a loyal family dog yesterday. This team was terrific in how they approached everything. From creating a comfortable environment to talking through the process and showing complete empathy the whole time, they were true professionals.
Always happy with the service that we get. We have had two cats and two dogs at this clinic. Our Boerboel is always very well received which makes him feel better despite being very nervous.
