Awesome place to go to for the care of your pets.Ive always felt welcome by the friendly staff here. Theyve gone over and beyond to accommodate us for appointments and any emergency we may have had. I feel very secure knowing that my baby will be taken good care of while visiting the clinic.
Westbrook Vet is the best vet I have ever taken my dogs too! The staff are all so kind and caring and Dr. Kola has the most amazing bedside manner, he truthfully cares about every animal he sees and takes care of! My dogs are always happy to visit their friends at Westbrook who always have a treat or two ready to go.
I don't live in Edmonton anymore but I will never forget my experiences with Westbrook. I had a 2 year old Doberman Pinscher who one day just couldn't seem to walk and I had to carry him downstairs and outside every time he needed to go. I had been dealing with another clinic and their answer was "we don't know" . I was crushed. My friend told me about Dr. Kolla and the great experience she had with him so I immediately made an appointment to bring my dog in to see him. Dr. Kollas answer was "we will find out". He called Doberman Pinscher experts in New York and found out that the problem was chemical and just needed some pills. Within a week I was back at the off-leash area with my best friend. This is just one of the many experiences I had over the years with Dr. Kolla and his staff. They are genuinely concerned for animals and truly understand how much we love our pets.
I love the staff here and the vets all take time to explain and put you at peace during routine visits as well as unexpected ones.
