I bought a Groupon for my first Brazilian wax and booked an appointment. I got there 5 minutes early and was not greeted, then was told to wait at the back. I waited for 20 minutes with no idea of what was going on. The lady was working with another client and when she finished, she didn't smile or greet me, just asked the other staff "where is she?" After (I assume) she cleaned the room a bit, I walked in and she confirmed I was in for a Brazilian wax then told me to undress, while she left the room and threaded another client's eyebrows (according to my friend who was waiting outside). When she came back in, she questioned if I made the appointment with her and it seemed like I wasn't supposed to be there or I didn't have an appointment ... Then, she just got to it, with no instruction or briefing. She was done in about 10 minutes. It seemed to be a good job, but upon closer look, there were some little hairs leftover and she left wax on my leg. This is my first time, so I don't know if she was supposed to go in with tweezers and get the little hairs too.Although, the customer service wasn't amazing, she did get the job done and really, for the price I paid for. I would suggest, for first timers though, to go to a higher priced place - just so you feel comfortable, etc.
I came in as a walk-in on a Friday to get my brows threaded.Despite there being a few people waiting, the ladies at the salon got through people quickly and efficiently.My brow threading was great! I have extremely sensitive skin, so often with threading my brows can be very red and irritated for several days. I had no irritation and my brows looked awesome!Will definitely be back
Minu was really great for her work and perfection just for even threading for the 1st time. This was the second time visit. Service was given by different lady forget about perfection she was really in rush. Eyebrows was done horribly. Never gonna visit again.
I went and got my eyebrows, and upper lips threaded and also my arms waxed. This is was the worst service ever. The workers there don't care about giving the customers the best experience that would want them to come back. The lady that did mine was horrible and uninterested. There were so many spots that she missed on my arm and at one point in the car I went back and told her to wax it again but she didn't even apologise or anything. Prices r expensive like min. $60 for a facial. Really recommend u go elsewhere instead of wasting ur time and money here.
My husband and son went for a haircut yesterday. My sons hair looks like a toddler cut it. There are different length of hair on the top of his head. One side of his hairline was shaved off and the other was left. It looks completely disproportionate. Also it looks like they used a dull razor. We will never be back!
