My stylist burnt off the lower portion of my hair during bleaching and did not tell me. I have waist length hair and the underside of my hair was burnt off nearly to the scalp. It was incredibly unprofessional for her not to inform me that this massive mistake had been made. I went to another salon and they were able to lighten my hair much better than this salon, and without severely damaging it. As well, I waited to be served at least fifteen minutes after my appointment time, literally every time. This is unprofessional and shows that they do not value their customers time. I went to this salon several times, and overall it was a terrible experience.
This salon is incredible. I have seen Kali who was extremely proffesional and kind. Recently I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in with Matthew who also did a fantastic job. He listened to what I wanted and even gave me a couple of styling tips based on our conversation throughout the appointment. It seems you cant go wrong with any of the stylists at this salon. Youre always in good hands. I will definitely be back.
First time customer, best hair salon experience I've ever had! Gabby is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and really goes beyond for her clients. She stayed an hour after close just to finish styling my stubborn hair, and the result is amazing! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back. :)
I got a haircut from a new stylist that was technically good but not too my taste, so I called back (something I have never done), and the owner was great! She fit me in and "fixed" the original cut and I am very happy with it. The salon is clean, fresh looking, and well located.
Matthew had to fix a bad haircut from another salon. He was kind, understanding, listened to me and the result was beyond my wildest expectations. Amazing stylist. So happy with my haircut. Highly recommend.
