Great place, welcoming environment. I bought a bike from them at their old location on whyte 9 years ago. Came in to buy a new one last year and they remembered me and what I had boughten previous. Also get my snowboard and my wife's skis waxed/tuned there.

Great service. Rob took the time to help me set up a bike rack

I spoke with Lindsay about a bike recently. She was knowledgeable, patient and I could tell she genuinely cared about my customer satisfaction. I would've bought an expensive bike from her. Her boss scared me off when he tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about when I told them the front brake wasn't working 100% on the test ride. He said if I wanted brakes that stopped the wheel I'd have to pay to upgrade them. This seemed concerning so I won't be returning.

Went to get a rear hub serviced here. Bad idea. They pretty much lied straight to my face. I was told the cones were crushed and my rear hub was too old and that they can't find replacement parts for it anymore. So I asked them what they did to it and they told me that they cleaned it out and greased it back up, I also asked if the bearings look okay and He answered "yep everything is good, it should be good to ride on" Came home and the wheel was even worse than before, it would clunk even more and the wheel felt rough. Funny they wrote "the wheel is safe to ride on and has no play anymore". they just tighted the cones inside the hub to an extent where the wheel can barely turn which results in no play. So I took apart the hub at home since they told me this hub is toast and found that they didn't even take it apart to look at the bearings. The grease inside the bearings were still old and not a single thing was cleaned out...They put a bit of grease behind the rubber grommet which practically doesn't do anything.... They charged me for the labor which was reasonable, but at this point when you guys charge me for literally zero work done, couldnt you at least steer me in the right direction? But nope, just took my money and end of story. Will never recommend anyone to get there bike serviced here. They most likely cut corners and lie to their customers like they did with me.

Great bike shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was looking at buying a full suspension bike for 2+ years, went to several different shops and ended up buying it here and couldn't be happier. Their staff was very helpful in guiding me towards the perfect bike, their prices are fair and they have the best service package in town that comes free when you buy a bike from them! To top it all off, their group rides (also free) are a blast!
