Had an excellent experience with the bike shop. Tyler went above and beyond in helping me out when I came into the shop while on a bicycle tour to Canada. This is one of the best shops I have visited in a while, not only do they have great customer service but plenty of items readily in stock on the shelves. Thanks for your help!

I purchased my bicycle from a small competitor but have come to United several times to purchase many of the accessories Ive required for my bike since then. The staff is super friendly, and theres a large selection of items in store to choose from. When it comes time to upgrade my bicycle, Ill definitely consider making my purchases from start to finish at United.

Goalie Loft crew are the best anywhere in the province! We come from Red Deer to purchase our gear there and they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you need and the right fit. We have worked with Matt a couples times over the years and he is the best for taking care of us. Jodi (sp) running the loft is also a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend if you need anything goalie related.

The staff always takes the time to help their customers purchase the right fit.I personally enjoy that I'm never just shrugged off if I say I'm just browsing. They are more than happy to leave a person do their own thing, and always willing to help when needed.

I bought a Norco bike last summer. Now that the snow had melted I decided to take my bike in for a tune-up. I told the mechanic what issues I was having with my bike. Mostly a bit of rear-derailleur misalignment. I came back two weeks later to pick up my bike and gave it a test ride in the parking lot. Seemed fine. I took it on a trail and the chain would slip off onto lower gears when climbing and completely jam up. This happened several times so I brought it back. The mechanic tuned it up again and I took it for a test ride. I was unable to shift my front-derailleur now. Once again the mechanic tuned my bike. I test rode it again and now my chain would fall off my bike in the lowest gear. A different mechanic now looked at my bike and when I test rode it it seemed fine. I went to Jasper and my chain fell off 6 times. I adjusted the limits on the front-derailleur and went for a trail ride and while going down a hill my front-derailleur spun and jammed into the tire bending it. The screw holding it to the frame was loose. I brought it in again. The mechanic tuned it and now I can't shift into 3rd gear. I talked to the manager and they refunded my tune-up. I will never by a bike or get any bike maintenance from United Cycle again.
