Blew out the seals on my high end front suspension. Older bike though and other shops in the city including the mobile repair services told me they could not get seals anymore and that I would have to replace the fork.. Went to revolution to by a new fork and was prepared to drop the $1000 it was going to cost. They told me that there was a retrofit seal kit for my particular shock, that they had used it many times and it worked perfectly. Guess what, it did. After dropping of the bike one day and picking it up the next day I have been out riding and the bike performs just like it did when it was brand new. Excellent shop to deal with, honest and do great work. I have bought 3 bikes from them, fortunately I don't have to buy a new one yet, but when I do, I will definitely be back.
I went into this store with very high expectations. I had purchased a bike here before and loved it. This time around the first salesperson we saw was fine but then we met Kurt. He was kind professional and very patient. Great salesman! Knew his bikes and did not oversell any of the stores bikes. Although I had to return my purchase I was very impressed with Kurt and and everyone we dealt with. I must say they did the return and they did not have too. A great place to buy a bike!!
Best bike store I've ever shopped at. I've been a customer of several bike stores over the years, in Edmonton and while living abroad. I can definitely attest to the fact that this store is absolutely gorgeous, well laid out, with a huge assortment of bikes, gear and accessories. Their mechanics are quality and I've never had any issues. Prices are competitive and in the case you find a cheaper deal, they'll aim to be competitive. The staff is super knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. All very genuine people. Jeff, Jesse, Ben, and Keith are awesome to deal with. This is the only place to shop for bikes in Edmonton. I've been a customer for 16 years.
The first time I visited Revolution the owner ( I think? ) ended up being the one who helped me and ultimately sold me my bike and by extension, sold my friends another 3. Unfortunately for me, and the reason for the low rating is the past 3, maybe 4 times I've been in the store the staff has been more interested in their personal conversations than actually assisting me. When I absolutely needed help, or to pay for something I felt like I was interrupting their day. Not a good experience, and this past time I simply left and found the items at retail establishments that actually wanted the money.They could literally fire 2/3 of their floor staff and maintain their current level of service.
Words cannot express how amazing this place is and the customer service they offer. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you and help you in any way they can. If they do not know an answer or a solution to your problem (which is rare) they will search high and low to get it done for you. The level of expertise is outstanding! I love this place and their staff! Big shout out to Ben and Sid for all your help and putting up with my crazy questions/demands!
