It is silly how good this little cafe is. The butter chicken is some of the best I have ever had. Will definitely be recommending it to anyone going to Edmonton!
It's a perfect cafe and good spot for uni students to hang out. Lots of room to sit as compared to other Remedy locations. I always go back there whenever I get chance. Food is always good. No complaints. Love it!
Tea is great. Never had any issues with any of the servers. The food is pricey and not enough variety. Me and my friends still go for tea almost every week. They say the butter chicken is really good.
Awful experience last night at Remedy 109st. Not only did the man at the cash not have any insight into simple questions such as "what is .." or " is there nuts in the hummus".. he explicitly said there were no nuts in the hummus and served it to my very allergic sister. In addition, all the tables were dirty, the back counters in the kitchen looked disgusting and the bathroom stalls were atrocious. There was blood all over one of the stall. When i informed the same man at the front counter about the health hazard of the bathroom, he could not have been less worried. I will be contacting Alberta Health business standards because of these awful conditions.
Very nice place to stop for a nice brew. they have all the choices one is to expect from a coffee shop, plus some unique ones. The atmosphere is very nice much like the one in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. They also have many food options such as pastry, sandwiches and wraps, including gluten free options. It's kinda like what Starbucks wishes it was like. Definitely worth a visit.
