The best dental office I've been to in a long time. Clean facility, and very minimal wait for those busy folks. The staff were all personable, informative, and upfront about costs. They made recommendations but were not pushy about any of them. My hygienist, Joanne was awesome; she did an amazing clean and was quite insightful and funny. If you're looking for a new dental office, I definitely recommend coming here.
Dr Nanji is very pleasant with excellent bedside manners. She took the time to explain everything to me. She is very knowledgeable and she made it very easy to talk to her about my concerns. Joanne, the dental hygienist, was awesome! She kept my mind off the fact that I was at the dentist office. Thank you so much for making me feel at home. I highly recommend Albany dental.
I just finished my 2nd visit to Albany and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and really put you at ease. I was always nervous to go to the dentist but not anymore. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
The staff are friendly and courteous. We are always impressed with how much they remember about us every time we are there for an appointment. You can see the effort they put in to having a personal touch in their customer service. They clearly explain procedures and options before proceeding. There is never any pressure to do a procedure if you are uncomfortable. They are also great with kids!
Everyone I have seen has been extremely professional and friendly. Excellent bedside manners and very gentle. I use to get anxiety about going to the dentist and now I don't. I would definately recommend this company to any of my friends and family.
