I was so fed up with dealing with a West Edmontilon furniture store...I finally said god please help me find the perfect livingroom set for a great price. I was driving up 170 st and saw the store out of the corner of my eye. Well I walk in to a beautiful area and there it was. .900.00 cheaper ...more beautiful and great quality. Now I could afford a great mattress for an affordable price with the money I saved because of their half price sale. I was in there for about half an hour. Delivered on Monday. Thank you god for FACTORY DIRECT FURNITURE!!!!!!!
Best service and experience ever! My spouse and I were on a time crunch to get a couch before some family visited. We had just moved and needed something by the end of the week. We came in, bought a sectional and subsequently learned that it was too large for our space. There was no need for a refund, as the manager asked for our measurements and scanned the store, looking for something that matched our pricing, style and size. This was all while we were at work, so he was in constant contact via phone and text. Without a hitch, they found the perfect choice, matched our original price and had it delivered from the warehouse the next day. Highly recommend and will be back!
