Went in there last week to buy a couch and love seat. Had a fantastic salesman named Mike. Very helpful and honest. Went back the next day for a mattress. Again Mike was very helpful. He was with another customer when we came in, but still greeted us, and we were more than happy to wait. We found a better deal for a mattress, but any other furniture needs we will go back and ask for Mike before dealing with anyone else.
We bought a dresser and two nightstands. One nightstand was damaged, and was missing the lower right corner foot mount. It had been clearly been dropped and had more damage at the bottom and on the back. The broken foot mount was nowhere to be found, indicating it was like that before packaging. Nine days later they delivered a replacement. The bottom drawer would not open unless the nightstand was on it's back, because the supports for the drawer bottom were broken off and the glue failed. The pieces are rattling around in it. I'll just fix it myself, because I know full well the next one will be worse, and take another nine days to get. Leon's charges way too much money given the terrible quality of its furniture. We won't shop here again, and neither should anyone else.
Overpriced. Poor customer service or complete lack thereof. They don't have answers to simple questions. I agree Overpriced and poor customer service. Don't go here. Rude staff. Or they just ignore you. Lots of staff standing around talking use ing mobile phones, why are so much staff there? They seem to serve little to no purpose.
Had a wonderful sales lady and the couch is nice we bought. However, kind of disgusted with how they do the scotch guarding. Was told it would be two days and theyd come, and now they say it will be next Friday... 10 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE!. When I called, was told simply your covered so dont worry. Yeah right!! Heard that before...I have a dog and now I have to lay blankets over my new couch so nothing is done to it.... make a purchase and I cant even enjoy it....Im not too happy about this...dont know if I will ever buy Leons again, never mind paying $240 for the guarding of my couch!!!!!
I'm giving this place 5 stars for the wonderful service I recieved from Nicole over the phone. She was quick and kind in resolving an issue we had with another sales associate and an order we had placed.Whatever you do though, if you decide to shop here, I'd stay far far away from Harvey... trust me.Otherwise great service! Thanks!!!
