Just bought some couches for our theatre room and we are in love!!!! Yvonnes is a must visit for your furniture needs. Sales team were top level. No pressure. Extremely friendly and helpful. We dont have a massive set up for our room and was unsure of sizing and configuration. They helped us measure and set it all up. We got a great price and the delivery was faster than expected!! Friendly sales people, not overly pushy. They like to introduce themselves, then allow you time to look and test out the floor models. Good variety of furniture, no crazy pricing. Everyday folks can shop here... My mother must bought a beautiful couch there. Thanks for great service.
Arrived 20 minutes before close, the signs were turned off. Upon entering, the only employee told us they were closing in 5 minutes. Nobody followed up to ask us what we were looking for or to offer help, just pressured us to leave. Went in looking for good quality leather furniture, but didn't see anything suitable. There were a couple of other people who came in after us, and the salesperson helped them. Maybe there was something there for us, but I have no interest in going back.
Customer service Southside is outstanding. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't wamt. No pressure there.
