Amazing customer service! Was greeted when we walked in, and then left alone to browse the store. Our sales lady came and checked up once we seriously started looking at a sectional, but again no pitch or high pressure sales tactics. Once we decided that we were going to buy the sectional the rest of the experience was equally enjoyable and fast. Nothing but a great experience from start to finish. I found the prices to be very fair, and the sectional seemed to be very comfortable and well built in store. Taking delivery of the sectional today and will update in a few months on quality and comfort.
Amazing customer service! We have an odd shaped living room and we found a sectional that fit perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for plus more. Really great prices and pieces. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond. We will be returning customers!
Absolutely nothing short of amazing! We have been customers of the Finesse Outlet location for a few years now and couldn't be more satisfied with any piece we have purchased from there. Sofa sets, dinning room tables, bedrooms suites, mirrors and I just picked up a new amazing Table Set with 8 chairs for my business and loving it. The sales lady in there "Leah" is always there to greet us with a smile and even though she is usually busy with more than one customer to tend to she, always goes out of her way to make sure we're taken care of! The delivery guys were also very professional and did a great job! I'm in the service industry myself and in this day and age it's difficult to come across this kind of service! It's so nice to see it still exists! Thank you Finesse!
Great customer service experience from start to finish. We came in many times before finally deciding on a couch set we wanted to purchase. Jadra was very patient with us and never pushy. One of the couches needed to be exchanged and Leah helped us with that process very promptly. I am very happy with my beautiful couches and would definitely recommend Finesse!
