Terrible customer service basically argued just to get a simple quote and him being stuck up with me. Told him my age and he wouldnt let me talk after I was trying to clarify what I was there for. Terrible terrible service
I brought our personal and business insurance needs to Arc after being referred by a 3rd party. The initial review and on-going advice from the Arc team has been phenomenal and genuine, they are extremely professional and very helpful at explaining everything in terms that you understand. I highly recommend the Arc team.
They're nice. When it comes to helping someone out when they're going through a tough time, fat chance. They pad their pockets with the less fortunate's money and don't even bat an eye. Like every other insurance broker on the planet, looking for the best deal they can get on you. Don't even expect a break if you're not driving! They'll still charge you full rate for the time you can't drive... Until you cancel. Then they'll screw ya on the way out too.
