Super friendly staff.
The location is pretty awful and definitely dated (luckily they'll be moving in the Summer!) but the staff are friendly and always willing to help and answer questions.
Londonderry mall library has really gone downhill lately..I'm sure it is getting worse by the day. You have rude pushy librarians. Not all but a few are really rude there. There selection is slim . Now it is down sizing even more, it's just going to get worse when they move to new smaller location.

I love going to this library. Staff are so kind and helpful. They make the effort to know you and offer great suggestions.
