Beautiful building. No room to work as it's being taken up by people not doing any work, or studying, or reading. Don't recommend this location if you plan on getting anything done. Super noisy too and rules are definitely not enforced.

I'm so confused at this point to why there is a eating rule in the quiet study room? It's a nuisance when someone eats, especially foods that have a unique smell that you're not used to. How can a building like this have a washroom with 2 stalls? Disgusting washrooms to deal with.I had a person in the "quiet study room" and she was openly talking on her phone loudly inside the room. Please take your phone calls outside. The whole place is like a sauna with unnoticeable air conditioning, annoyingly most frustrating experience in the quiet room. Horrible customer service as well, while i asked the clerical for assistance, I never had anyone misheard be as much as this women did. I don't know if she's deaf or something but i had to repeat myself more than 10 times and the women kept making pestering faces at me and getting frustrated. The chairs found inside the library are obnoxiously squeaky, every little movement from my chair in the quiet study room can be heard by every single person in the whole room. The sounds keeps provoking you over and over, when you're trying to focus on your studies. When you come sit inside the quiet study room, I don't want to see a group of 3 friends come inside fooling around and giggling, please have some common sense. Some people in the quiet study room, wore headphones but what's the point when you're blasting your music through your headphones? I don't want to listen to your music please. I don't think this place is a quiet study room, from everything i listed to people pen tapping on the table, I recommend finding a different library not a sauna.

I am utterly disgusted by the growing number of the disrespectful customers who share the same work, reading and studying space as the rest of us. In particular, I question how this library allows customers/kids to eat in the library. Not only do they hog computers, but they will be munching away with their Doritos whilst playing on the public computers. Additionally, they will grunt, moan, and slam their hands on the table when things dont go their way. I mourn the librarys future, as they will be be riddled with these godawful children who treat this space as if they were in the comfort of a their goddamn house.

Place is nice except for some people who don't know how to behave and respect other people who are reading or studying. One time, these two persons brought McDonald's burgers and pop inside the library and were eating and talking very loud. Hello?!! Be respectful please.

One of the best place to learn, lend and share knowledge, information and learnings: the well stocked and stacked, MillWoods Library has nice ambience, excellent designing, naturally efficient lightings and professionally proficient staff.General reading, professional, technical reading material in digital and actual versions are available aplenty. Restrooms for all categories, drinking water fountains, all official paraphernalia like Photocopier, scanners, printers and desk-top with dedicated hands-on/help is available for use. ONLY thing missing here is acoustic and visual respect for fellow user. Library should post a few displays at vulnerable place PLEASE DO RESPECT OTHER PRESENCE
