Thanks Max. ________________________________________________________________-Although there response time was good, the technician was highly unprofessional as soon as he showed up!From non-stop swearing and complaining, to having ZERO clue to what he was doing, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst nightmare!I am not kidding when I say this, they used a hammer and a screwdriver to break the lock to get in... what kinda locksmith is this? He even had to call a "friend" to come help him.After over an hour, I finally got into my condo... there is SEVERE damage to the entire surrounding area, which of course I will be responsible for!When the door was finally open, and he packed up, I had to ASK him if he was going to clean up his mess... after I gave him my broom to use, he maybe cleaned up half of the mess.
