SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the real reviews here before booking them. They took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to me. I asked the guy on the phone what forms of payment do they take before they came and he said "all forms of payment, cash and card". They guy that came couldn't get the bottom lock on the door open so had to drill open the lock and replace it. That took about an hour. When it came to payment he said that the machine was broken and I had to give cash. He charged me $250!!!!!!!!! I didn't have that cash on me so had to go find an ATM. I asked for a receipt for the job for my landlord but alas no receipt could be provided. He said he'd email it to me but all I got was a text from him.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> Try get a reputable Canadian company.
Very over priced services. They told me it was $15 for a service call, and it started at $35 to unlock the vehicle. When the technician arrived I was told it was $110. I ended up paying the technician the $15 for the service call. I called Auto Rescue Edmonton and they came quickly, and charged a flat rate of $69.95 to unlock my vehicle, which seems to be the industry standard. I dont understand why there is such a price difference in your services. It was an older vehicle with manual doors, so I dont understand why the price went from the starting rate of $50, to $110 dollars. I would not recommend this company to others.

Was quite rude on the phone didn't really acknowledge my problem said a 3 3/4 backset didn't exist so I called All Lock Rescue and they actually helped me out.
