This place had excellent decor and ambience. Food is different from everybody else, which is refreshing. Great place to hangout and relax.
It was a different experience the way you place your order, but once we got the hang of it it worked well. The food was really tastey. We would go back for sure. But hope you like chicken as that is the only protein there. It is really good chicken though.
Food is hot and tasty. Bright decor and good music. Famous for it's chicken, but I love their mashed potatoes.
My family and I went to this location on Thursday, the 28th of June. It was quite crowded at that time, so we asked the lady there what the wait time was. She had told us that it was for 20 minutes. Since there was no space to wait by the door and there were two people ahead of us, I told the lady that we would be waiting in the car for the time being. She agreed and told me to get my number down so she could call me to notify me to come inside. We waited more than 30 minutes, and I saw that the two people ahead us and the three groups behind us were accommodated. I entered again and asked the lady about what was going on. She said that she had totally forgotten to call us! I gave her my number and she had still forgotten to do so, making us wait longer than she had told us when we first checked in with the restaurant. I had expected hospitality from this well-known Nandos, but we were not accommodated and treated as guests well there. I do not recommend going to this location.
