One of my top three favorite place to go to for dim sum in Edmonton and one of my favorite restaurant for Chinese food. Food is amazing. Peking duck for dinner is also really good here. Their peking duck soup is the only place where I find it very flavorful. Service is good and staff are friendly. There are plenty of free parking spots outside the restaurant (which is hard to find in downtown restaurants) as long as you register your license plate with a staff.
One of the better Dim Sum places in Edmonton. A little pricey but the size of the dim sum is fair. Rice rolls here are also good. There's a bit of sweet coming off the rice roll and it pairs well with their slightly salty sauce. The pork and shrimp dumplings are pretty standard. One of my favorites would be the shrimp and vegetable one (chive). The beef tripe here is also good. I also enjoyed the tendon with five spice they made sure not to over do it with the five spice and tendon just has a great texture to it.
This is my Dim Sum place. The staff is amazingly friendly and the food ranges for excellent to unbelievably good. Go on Sunday but get there early because it's a favourite of many people. The food is always fresh and if you're looking for something special all you have to do is ask.
It's the most authentic and good quality dim sum in the city of Edmonton!Yes, there's various Chinese restaurants in town but many are still pretty old school in quality.Urban China offers you quality at a good price! The food is delicious and the service good......Update...Sept 2018This place is a continuous repeat offender of health violations. It recently closed due to AHS demands and all the staff and poor practices have moved to Emperors Palace!
It's a must place to go during my each visit to Edmonton. The most delicious Chinese food I have ever tasted. The staff is very friendly and they remember your preferences and keep offering more and more. My friends have been going there twice a week for years!
