Advanced Roofing Systems is a very professional organization. The process is, at least in paper, very hassle-free. They'll come to the property (the owner does not need to be there) and create a customized estimate. A contract is agreed upon and signed. They work with several crews, and a crew is assigned to the property from beginning to end, including any warranty issues. The crew shows up at the precise agreed upon date. The crew completed my roof in 2 days (including the garage) and I did not have to be there. My roof looks great.I did experience an issue in that the crew that came was not well versed on how to re-flash a chimney (or at least this was the impression I had). Even though we included a clause in my contract that the chimney was to be re-flashed, the foreman talked me into not doing it. in the first rain after re-roofing, it leaked like crazy inside my house. As far as I know, it was not leaking before the house was re-roofed. The crew came back two times, but was not able to fix the issue. After every rain, it leaked again. I suspect the original flashing was damaged because the crew lifted it a good 4 inches off the deck during the roofing process, then nailed it back down. I ended up having to hire a different company to fix my chimney (recommended, but not endorsed, by Advanced Roofing). This experience caused a lot of grief. Chris has followed up and ensured that if this hasn't been resolved, to let him know once the thunderstorm season is back, and Advanced Roofing will ensure it is resolved. Overall, the company is very professional and their quote was affordable. But I would want to ensure any work around a chimney (if you live in an older home that has one) is properly done.
Our new roof is fantastic! We are extremely pleased with the quality of the materials used and the knowledge, efficiency and professionalism of the roofers. Moreover, they left the area surrounding our house clean and tidy after the work was completed. Finally, the cost was very competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
My roof was long overdue for new shingles. Chris was super helpful from start to finish. His estimate was the most reasonable from the 3 different quotes I received. The crew was tidy and did an excellent job. Lovin my new roof.
I got a quote from Chris. He visited the property and had a quote sent back very quickly. I had a garage roof done and needed a small bit of trim fixed up as well. Advanced Roofing was very professional and the job was completed in good time and the price was very competative.
