Contacted Golden West exteriors due to a leak on my flat roof. From start to finish the service i received was fantastic, the lady on the phone promised me someone would come out the same day to give me an estimate on the work. Sure enough Kris came out that day and advised me on what was needed to repair my leak. He arranged for a team to come out that evening to patch me up until arrangements could be made to do a full repair. The whole experience was very calming and i felt i was being looked after all the way through the process. Every person i spoke to was very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.
Reality'Golden West Exteriors' is a division of 'Golden West Group of Companies'. That of which is a group of thieves and "midnight moves" to unpaid commercial property owners. Everyone .. watch your back they are coming for your wallet.
Had a great experience with Golden West in the re-shingling of my 2 storey home. All parts of the process of getting estimates, consultation on products, dealing with unexpected roof repairs, and the post-work follow up review were top notch, professional and customer service-oriented.
Very non professional people. This company is not equipped to handle any commercial project. We hired this company to complete a small concrete repair to our customer. Golden West utilized a sub trade who we were unaware they were doing the work. After the job was completed, there was no notification of completion, and the work was sub par at best. Received an invoice at the same time as a builders lien. Very unsatisfied and would like to make other customers aware this companies resorts to liens instead of customer service. Talk to Cory and you will know why this company is a short term business
