Almost a perfect experience from getting the estimate to paying the invoice. There was a small delay in scheduling the install but I still gave them a 5* because everything was handled professionally. Dave (the estimator) was the best person (period!) I've dealt with - honest, courteous, patient and customer focused. He explained everything in detail, didn't try to upsell, answered all the questions (in person and on the phone). There was a small delay in getting the roof installed but the crew they sent (Daylon/Steve?) was great. Jeremy in the office was always prompt and courteous. Ashley in accounting was very helpful as well. I hope we don't have to call them for any warranty issues (fingers crossed!) but going by the roof installation experience, it should be ok if we have to! Thanks Jayson Global!
