Joe and Adam were easy to talk to and they willingly address all our concerns and questions. Even with the iffy weather they got the job done quickly. We highly recommend this company. Sargeants Roofing was recommended to my by my home inspector, I reached out via their online booking tool and was contacted by Beth. She called and texted with me to make a plan of action for my new house that needed a service. She came out to do an inspection and took plenty of photos and documented the details, she covered everything with me so I understood what needed to be done. We then made plans to have the work done and Bath came out literally after she got off a plane from her vacation and made it all come together - just in time for the fall snow. Very personable, professional, and detailed. They will be recommended in the future to many of my clients, and friends who need work done.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon and coordinated with one of the owners (yep owner answering the phone on a Sunday it happened.) and not only did he walk me through the process of submitting a request for an inspection he also took the time to explain exactly how they would go about the inspection and repair process as well as the fees. Everything he told me over the phone was 100% accurate when their worker came out the next day (which no other company came close to time wise) the inspection and repair were completed professionally and timely. Very honest, professional company. Highly recommended. 10/10 when I actually need a new roof, calling them.
