A very caring staff. Theyre always so nice when I go in to get food every month. And theyre so gentle and reassuring when my kitty had to get his teeth pulled.

Dr. Cecilia has been our vet since she opened her clinic nearly 5 years ago. She has helped us several times at the end of the day, never hesitating to graciously help us out even though it was after hours.She is kind, gentle, and most importantly compassionate. I truly love this clinic and the care we have received
I've been coming to Albany Vet since we moved to the area. In May my cat needed some dental surgery and the clinic was able to get him in the next day and made sure he received the best care. Last week I brought my cat in as he was feeling ill. Again received the best care! My cat needed to go to emergency late the next evening and had surgery. Albany Clinic worked with the emergency hospital to share his file and test results from previous visits. I really appreciated that! Its nice to know that I have a Dr that cares about the well being of my cat. Will be back to Albany for all my cats after care needs!
Great service from all staff so far! I put in an online request for an appointment and I received a call within minutes from one of the very nice and helpful receptionists. When we arrived for our very first appointment with our new puppy, the receptionist was kind and patient with her. Dr. Cecilia was great, our pup took to her right away. I called recently to discuss spaying options and the receptionist was able to connect me directly with Dr.Cecilia who answered my many questions over the phone. She took the time to address my concerns and explain to me how everything would work. Im very grateful to have found Albany Vet Clinic as we are first time family pet owners and we have much confidence in the care weve received for our goldendoodle.
