All our pets have been lovingly looked after for many decades. This was the first time we boarded our dog for the Easter weekend. We were nervous! She was happy, ate her own food we sent along and we were so pleased! She was ultra soft so we think she had been well brushed without our asking! Horrible vet. Scared to pick up my small beagle and to handle her in general. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Better off going to Mill woods vet or driving to Fort Sask.
This post is a bit overdue but our Aussie mix Indy got very sick last month. He was unable to eat for 2 days and then we noticed some blood in his stool, at that moment we were very concerned dog parents! Our regular clinic on ellerslie wouldnt fit us in so after some searching online we found Edmonton Pet Hospital. These guys are amazing! Right from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and important. The front desk lady was very friendly, and the Veteranarian was phenomenal! He asked lots of questions, did some checks on Indy, and then was able to conclude that it was likely a piece of rotten meat Indy ate out in the field. He sent us home and told us to give Indy some Pepto and literally the next morning we noticed an immediate improvement. Never once did they try to push unnessessary procedures or medication on us, which we were used to at the other clinic. They even followed up a few days later to see if Indy was doing better. Highly recommend, thank you guys for the great visit and for helping out fur-kid feel better! -Teresa and Ryan.
We've brought all our animals here over the last twenty years. Aside from the convenient location, the quality of care and attention to our pets condition has always been great. We rely on them to care for our fur kids, and they have never let us down.
First visit here, was given some awful news on my old girl but Dr. Claffey was great with us. Very nice man, very sincere and to the point. I appreciated his honesty. I will continue to take all my first babies here to see him.
