Very friendly. Great with my cat and other pets. Excellent service and quality. And they don't over charge use. It's the best quality and cheapest place I've been. Love this place.

Prices are too high compared to other vets. The staff lack compassion, and will not give the time of day unless your ready to pay up. I say that acknowledging that it is a business, that requires a profit. Today, I was forgotten after my pooch had a simple blood test. Which had me sitting in the waiting room for nothing.

I don't have any experience with the vets at this location as I take my pets to a different vet, but this location is most convenient for me to pick up my dog's veterinary diet food. They almost always have it in stock and are great about checking for me if I call ahead. Their price for it is right in line with every other clinic I've purchased it from. They have a wide selection of foods and products available in their lobby, and the staff are usually very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad they're nearby so I can make sure my dog always gets the food she needs!

STAY AWAY ! DO NOT USE LETI CHOW !Been going here for three years to pick up our wet DM food for our Cash kitty. August 31.2018 I took in Cash with a cloudy eye. Leti Chow seen her, as she was the "eye professional" . After the exam I was told to use a cream in her eye twice a day for two weeks, she then said Cash was being fitting with a cone on her head, and to keep it on for two weeks. Cash came home and was freaking out, panting, hanging off the couch etc. After a day of this we took off the cone and bought a more comfortable neck donut. The cream was not working, I requested an eye drop that was used some years back. After two days the drops worked and we took off the donut as she was not eating. Long story short we took Cash to the Vet Emerg where she was admitted for three days with complications with diabetes, pancreatitis and Ketoacidosis which was almost fatal. We are 100% certain the stress of the donut on her head and not being able to eat and drink was what started this, the primary reason for the "ketones" is due to stress and not eating or drinking water. During our first visit I was told Cash was overweight, which she is NOT and suggested a teeth cleaning, which Leti Chow said her teeth would be the same in 6 months anyways, and a routine blood test some time later. After buying special food for years perhaps it was a good idea to test her blood NOW, and look for any issues with her blood, we are not Vets, we rely on professional advice. I spoke with the manager Michelle at Hermitage who was extremely nice and helpful, to ask for some compensation, (4k) unfortunately there was no medical proof this was caused by the stress of that cone, but we are not stupid, Cash was fine for years before. We are done with Hermitage Vet.

Lovely open space, cat-only and dog-only spaces in the waiting room. Was looking at some cat toys while waiting, they were inexpensive and good quality. The employees were all friendly and funny, and the vet was incredible. Walked in at appointment time, got our kitten vaccines + dewormer, and got out in about 20 minutes. Very impressive.Edit: We took an older cat in for another appointment. They were absolutely fantastic with her despite her being a cranky old bat, and diagnosed her. They made us feel good about our options and seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of our animals.
