My dog Madeline has been going to Mill Creek Animal Hospital for almost 13 years. Dr. Sinclair loves and cares about Madeline as much as I do. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. A few years ago Madeline needed an operation to remove a cyst. Dr. Sinclair referred us to another veterinary hospital to conduct the surgery. The surgery was a success! "Thank you" Mill Creek Animal Hospital for looking after my fur baby all these years.
I found them to be very wallet-centered, rather than pet-centered. I do not trust them at all to have my pet's best interests at heart.Edit: That is a lie. It is convenient for Mill Creek Animal Hospital to say that they charge higher prices because they provide better care, but it is obviously not true. There is nothing you do that is so revolutionary that justifies charging $400 to spay a cat vs. the $160 I paid at the spay clinic. Also, the fact that you took advantage of my anxiety as a first time pet owner and encouraged me to come back to your clinic and get my kitten checked as often as possible when she did not have any health issues, is very dishonest. The vet always seemed more interested in acting like my friend than my vet; to encourage me to return often, is my guess. When she saw me feeding my kitten too many treats at one appointment, instead of telling me that I needed to cut back, she only remarked once that my kitten was lucky to get so many treats. My current vet would have no problem putting my cat's health first rather than my feelings, and would have let me know that too many treats is not healthy. They have helped me get my cat back to a healthy weight. I am very unhappy with Mill Creek Animal Hospital.
The staff we saw today were nothing short of amazing! They knew my dog was a bit skitish and showed lots of love and patience towards ensuring he had a positive experience. After so many less favorable vet experiences it was a relief to have such a compassionate and wonderful care at Millcreek vet clinic!
Everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with at this clinic, including the front desk staff, assistants, and Dr. Sinclair, were incredibly helpful and compassionate during all of our visits. We unexpectedly lost a little kitten, and the staff made the process incredibly easy during a hard time. They are always making every effort to answer all of our questions. Your fur babies will be in good hands here.
I am consistently happy with the service received at Mill Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Burant honestly takes the time with my dog and doesn't just go through the quick motions of a check up to get us out the door. He always gives lots of detailed information each time. The overall service is great, they always follow up each appointment with a call to see how Zarra is doing and is generally supportive of a raw diet.
