Hardcore bikes is an awesome store. I recommend this store to everyone I know is in the market for a bike. I had my bike stolen and so I was really upset, but coming here made me feel so much better. Alannah and Quinn were both so helpful, they knew exactly what kind of bike was the best for me. Also, the whole atmosphere of the store is welcoming and inviting. I was in another day and another customer had just moved to Edmonton from the Netherlands. He was looking for some bike equipment, and both Alannah and Quinn were eager and excited to help him out. The service and customer care is evident within this little shop. Thanks!
We have had nothing but good experiences at this quaint and welcoming store. Everyone is so helpful, and they give the best advice to customers that come into their store. Each employee takes time and effort to make sure that the customer gets exactly what they're looking for. Special shout out to Alannah who took extra time to make sure that my husband found the perfect bike for him!
