Such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a backpack (for back country hiking/camping) and the sales associate was so patient and kind. He continually helped fit different packs to the right length and filled it with weights. Most importantly he did not rush us but instead suggested trying on a few styles until we found the right fit...it was an amazing shopping experience. I only wish I got his name so I could let MEC know how great he was.
Quality products and service. They are generally very honest if/when they lack knowledge in a specific area. They ONLY sell quality products. Yes there are relatively cheap smaller items, however, most items are expensive. You will certainly find some overpriced items there, but almost never a poor quality item.
I love the products at MEC. This store is nicely laid out and it's easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly, sometimes very helpful and sometimes not as helpful. I would recommend over other outdoors stores for camping and hiking needs! They also rent equipment from this location.
Very professional staff. Ask them anything and they will know or know who to ask. The merchandise is a bit expensive, but it sure lasts a long time. Great customer service, plus they run amazing workshops all the time. I absolutely love this store.
