These guys are great!I went to 3 other big well known locksmiths to get a key cut. They didn't have the key blank but didn't offer to order 1 in. One even tried to tell me mine was a chipped key which was not the case.I went to ELS and they ordered the key blank for me right away. It arrived the next day and it was cut perfectly.Although my purchase was a very small one ($6). They made me feel that my business mattered! THIS, is how a nice business treat customers!A big shoutout to Danielle and the gentleman who cut my key!

Honestly, the most prompt and amazing customer service experience I've had with dealing with a lock smith and company.
