My room was nice. It should have been cleaner. When I asked the staff to take care of the accumulated dust and hair, she said she would but didn't. Our staff at the front end were great.
I stay here quite frequently when in the city for business. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable, rooms have enough space for me to work and are cozy, and shopping is across the street. Highly recommend staying here if in the area and need a quality sleep.
Family came in for a weekend and stayed here. Kids loved the pool. Hilarious to see some of the adults come down the slide at warp speed
It was a great hotel! Super close to the Royal Alexandria Hospital that I had to go to very early in the morning. Loved the fact that there was a Tim Horton's attached to it, it made my super early morning quite a bit easier to deal with! The rooms were quiet and you couldn't hear any of the traffic noise from outside.
Room was small just like the parking lot you might need a can opener to get your car out. Other than that staff was great. Room was clean. Room rate was affordable. If you don't reserve room with best western be prepared to pay a $250 deposit.
