Our wedding party groomsmen had a round of beers and asked to take some casual pictures in the pub. The staff was super accommodating and even bought us a round of Jager. I left a good tip and now a good review!
Attended a wedding at one of the downstairs large banquet halls. Good facility. Nearby bathrooms, ample parking, good stage, seating. Nothing to complain about. I'm not sure how much of the rest was catered or provided by other companies, but the food was excellent. Only minor thing to note: the waterfall by the stairs on the way down seem to have made the "seating ledge" surrounding it kinda slimy. Surprised that was overlooked.
Clean place but I didn't find front desk ppl very accommodating. No information about the hotel was given to us when we checked in. He just said "here you go" handing me the keys. I even had to ask him where the elevators were. The two night we were there, no eye contact or even smile when we were passing by the front desk.When we were checking out, he didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay. He just said "you're good to go my friend". Wow... I couldn't walk out fast enough. I guess they are very selective on who would be treated as a guest.
We had a business conference down stairs at the Four Points. It went very well. There was a couple hundred people and the temperature was perfect. Water was full at all times. The function went very smoothly. Would use again for sure.
The fact that our organization would have been charged ridiculous amounts of money for outside food or drink was annoying when all that was available was water. I would reccomend not using this venue again.
