Had a king bed suite. Very spacious, all of the necessary amenities were present. Hotel in general and the room were all clean and up to standard. It was not very busy at check-in and was still a bit slow. Not going to hold this on them though as the young lady seemed new. She got through the check in and was friendly the whole time so I will not criticize the slower process. I would certainly stay at this hotel again for thier a quick or longer stay.
I never stayed at this hotel until July for a course I was taking. I had such a great night that I re booked when I came back in August for another course. The place was clean, quiet and easy to get to. Breakfast had a great variety of things to eat. Will stay there again. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy and the room was clean, neat and tidy. Karen
Overall clean and tidy. My shower had dirty spots when I arrived. I ended up leaving a note for housekeeping. The note disappeared but the dirty spots did not. I called the front desk and she was very apologetic and immediately sent someone from housekeeping, implying that some of them do not read. Housekeeping came right away and was very polite. He cleaned and replaced the shower curtain, and said he was done. However, spots were still visible. Breakfast had a surprising variety of choices and was more variety than Im used to in a continental breakfast. Beds are made in a way that you have to completely untuck the covers if you want the blanket to cover your chest and shoulders.
I found the staff very pleasant and friendly during our 2 night stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. I thought there was a great selection of Breakfast choices, both hot and cold. We enjoyed the slide at the pool with our 4 year old grandson immensely. I would choose this Hotel again.
The overall hotel was clean and tidy. Front desk staff was very welcoming but couldnt make a decision without a manager present.
