Excellent location downtown with a ton of nice bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. The staff was fast, friendly and informative. We were also given a nice gift because it was our anniversary. The room was very clean and had a great view. I will likely be staying here again.
Cons - Parking is pricey and is not just hotel patrons. There is no direct elevator service from parking facility to hotel rooms. - Walls not soundproof. We could hear what the people in the adjoining room were saying and doing. - No microwave in room - TV outdated and no info available for programming. Pros - Spa and workout facility is state of the art. Wonderful elevated jacuzzi/hot tub. Salt water pool and steam room. - Very helpful staff, eager to please. - Excellent buffet style breakfast. - Room was air conditioned with a bidet in its bathroom.
Awesome for your pets. This is a fantastic hotel. The staff and the folks we met in the lobby are so friendly it's insane. We found an awesome metro off leash park about a block north. We took great care of the room with our dogs. We do not leave them alone in the room.I included photos of the room, lobby and the midtown off leash park. Small area with AstroTurf. The hotel supplied poo bags. We found poo in the area left behind and cleared it up as areas like this need to be protected.
The location is good, convenient to the downtown and work there. It is, unfortunately, right across the street from a "gentleman's club" so if you arrive late it may seem a bit rough around the hotel itself. Underground parking. A mix of new and old in the rooms - the furnishings are quite nice but for example the bathtub is older. Reasonable value for money.
This is my favourite hotel in Edmonton ! The rooms accommodate everything you need. Even the toilet seats are heated !The beds are plush with clean and crisp linens. The entire style to the hotel is very chic. The restaurant there is very good , clean and operated very well ! Yvonne is such a lovely lady and really made us feel welcome ! Thank you Yvonne
