3 hours late causing trouble with elevators in my building. They broke a big floor vase (and wanted me not to mention it on the sign out sheet). They had no idea how to reassemble the sofa bed back together until I stepped in. Cost was over 1000$ for a one bedroom apartment, higher than most competitors. I don't know what else could have gone wrong! I recommend finding another movers.
Jeff and Allen were amazing guys! I can't gush enough about them. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly, non stop. I had to move into my new place with only my mother to help me, and without these guys, I don't know what I would have done. From the moment they arrived they worked continuously, no complaints, no breaks, didn't check a cellphone; just insanely hard workers. I have been badly burned from previous movers and had so much anxiety about what would happen this most recently move, but I can happily say that I would 1000% use OO Movers again, and they are going to be the first ones I recommend to my friend's in a bind like I was.

To say Allen and his crew were fantastic would be a gross understatement. Careful, fast, efficient and very personable. I will definitely be recommending. They should almost make a 6th star rating just for these guys.
I used them for a move within Edmonton. I was moving out of an upstairs suite with unpleasant stairs on a rainy morning. They were quick and efficient and got everything loaded, moved and unloaded in less than three hours. I thought I would be looking at well over $500, but they got it done for less than that.When you consider how much it costs to rent a moving truck for a day, and the whole logistical ordeal of a do it yourself move, and the joys of piloting a moving truck through downtown, they were easily worth every last cent.
