On July 11, 2018, Ryan Wedge, a technician from One Hour Plumbing came out to my home. I had a toilet issue.He was very personable, and we chatted while he was fixing my toilet. He repaired the issue promptly.I also found Connie in the office very efficient in booking my appointment for the next day.She called the next day, and asked if Ryan could come out sooner than scheduled. He was finished with another job. I said "Sure"I would use One Hour Plumbing again.I also like the GPS tracker, to see where the service truck is, and how far away it is.Thanks very much!!!
We had another positive experience. We called on Wednesday re: a repair needed for our bathroom sink. As usual, Chris came the next morning, rolled out the yellow mat at the front door, and assessed the work needed. He gave us options and was very patient while we worked out the best possible solution to what we wanted done. We soon had a new sink with new pop up. We were able to use our old taps that were the style we wanted and were still in very good condition. Thanks Chris!
