No nonsense. Good parts. Great service.Emailed them to ask for a quote. They called me back to give the pricing and explained what they were going to do and why it would cost what it would cost. We started talking about parts and they said, "Sounds like you could do this yourself! Come in for parts and we'll give you a bit of a walkthrough." Did just that. Kitchen faucet back together. Highly recommend Riteway.
