Richfield Plumbing came to my home to change the shower head in my master bedroom bath. This was a unit which had been changed by another company just 6 months ago and had already broken down! Not only was the material installed in January 2018 of poor quality but it was also incorrectly installed! Richfield installed quality materials in a very timely manner. What also impressed was the professional manner by which I was treated. Once Terry finished the installation of the shower, he then took me through all the plumbing in my home and inspected every unit, every tap, etc with me. I would highly recommend Richfield Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!
We are selling our house only to find a small leak in our Hot water heater. I called Dan and they were very accomodating and fast at getting us booked in to get looked at.They sent Terry who was exceptionally polite and professional. He explained what the issue was and what it would cost. Which was substantially lower then we had expected as they found the problem was a simple fix.Terry had the proble fixed very quickly as well as doing a full inspection of the rest of our plumbing. Educated us on what our situation is and what to expect moving forward.The hot water tank is no longer leaking, the price was more then fair and the service was exceptional.If you are looking for fast, fair service, this is the place to go. Dan and his crew have done multiple work for us on our properties we own. Never been disappointed with the quality of the work and they stand by there work as well. Plus go that extra mile to make sure everything else is good as they do a nice little inspection while on location. At one of our properties went out to replace the hot water tank and while on location found a missing roof cap vent which was allowing rain water to enter venting, which was damaging the piping. They where able to advise me of this before it turned into a much bigger issue which would of allowed vent gases to enter the home. So there care saved me a bigger issue down the road. Most other companies would of not noticed as was just hired to change the hot water tank which had nothing to do with the other item they found.
