Customer Service like no otherTo really understand the level of customer service that I was provided, I will briefly write how my story went down. My hot water tank broke over the December of 2015 and it was in between Christmas and New Years. I was in dire need of hot water of the Christmas holidays. I gave a few other plumbing companies a call but they were closed. I phone Star and their 24 hour service took my call. A service plumber was literally at my door just over an hour from my phone call and replaced my hot water tank under 3 hours. Needless to say my Christmas went from a horror story to a fantastic holiday.....I now have a more efficient hot water tank where I can take showers longer that 20 minutes.
These guys are quick, professional and had very reasonable rates. When you call, you get to talk to a person who knows something right away, or that person calls back in a timely manner. I had these guys come to check out a no-heat problem on when the company that installed our furnaces was unable to. Darryl was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me options for repair and took the time to figure out what was actually wrong instead of applying a band-aid fix. I would certainly recommend them as a furnace company.
I had a great experience with Star. I was looking for a local plumbing company that could help me with my outdoor gas line for my BBQ and they did the afternoon on the day that I called them. The plumber that showed up was very helpful, super fast and was able to check on a few other plumbing related issues I was having in my house. I highly recommend this plumbing company if you are in an emergency or just need a plumbing or heating related issue fixed fast.
My review is not based on their work but on the company's respect for people. At 6am one of the workers was delivering supplies to a construction site located in the middle of a residential area. He proceeded to THROW all of the supplies from the truck to the ground making enough noise that it woke us up! I called the office and was greeted with an attitude of so what, it's not like he's running equipment. Wow great attitude, that's definitely going to get me to recommend your company.
Amazing workplace!I have been working with Star for over 10 years and I can tell you that I am super happy with working with such a great team. From the top down we have the support and structure that allows us to really focus on what we do best, help residents with their plumbing needs. I may be biased but I highly encourage you to seriously consider Star the next time you are in need of plumbing needs.
