Took my boyfriend to The Marc for his birthday and everything was amazing. He got the arctic char and I got the rack of lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Arctic char with the crispy skin and the lamb roasted beautifully to a medium to medium rare. We also got the grilled octopus and Caesar salad to start which was also so delicious. The service at this restaurant was impeccable also. We never needed to wave her down for anything because she would already be bringing what we needed to the table without us asking for it. She was also really easy to talk to and really friendly. This was a super amazing experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Great place with amazing service and eye for detail. Food is fairly simple but quite delicious! Very happy with how our group was treated and served, service was very attentive without being overly in your face. All food was good, really enjoyed how tender the grilled octopus was, shared a large pork dish that was bursting with flavours. Would recommend to go, very nice open atmosphere and vide. Not the best food in Edmonton, but a solid contender and better than average service and experience put it near the top!
Called ahead to see if a vegan option was possible. Not only did the kitchen make a stunning main dish for me and the other vegan guest, they made the best desert I have ever had. Beautifully decorated, friendly amazing staff, great wine and accommodating chefs. I can't say enough about how wonderful our night out was fit a part of 6. I will go back and highly recommend booking a table here.
This is a special place. Food is amazing, affordable, and the service is incredible. My fiancee and I have made this our go to place for a very nice meal (about once every 3 months). It became so special for the two of us that I proposed here. Management is very caring and the Steak is always the best in town. Always get the cheese platter and if the special is fish with a blood orange gastrique don't miss it
Excellent, wonderful food and very friendly service. The service was just right, attentive enough to ensure we had everything we needed but not too in your face. We came 5 minutes before the reservation and even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated immediately. The food and drinks were excellent and worth the price, and it is a good place for a nice meal with quiet conversation. The patio was also a nice place to sit on a warm evening. Will definitely come back!
