Always enjoying going through Cabela's. From time to time they have excellent promotions, like last year we got a great rod for the kids which they've loved fishing with. This year we got the cast iron cooking set, loving it so far
Better off shopping online or elsewhere. Lack of stock and higher prices. Terrible customer service in store. Once took over 45 minutes to have someone finally be able to get an item that is kept in an employee only area.
Love everything about this store. Perfect place to pick up a new hobby. Staff are nice with mixed knowledge levels. Store is well kept and has decent deals.
We went there to find a good rubber boots for our daughter as she had a horse camp to go to. So needed something with a good heal. We are so happy we went to Cabelas as the one Lady in the show section saw what we picked and once we told her what we needed them for she help us greatly get the proper food wear for our needs. We would of bought the wrong item and loved the customer service we received from the staff. Very friends and knowledgeable of there products. Was not trying to up sell us was more concerned on getting us the right boot and actually was cheaper than what we first picked out. They cared about us which was nice as a lot of companies is about selling you, not getting exactly what you need and making sure your happy. Great job, and our daughter is super happy.
Perfectly located in the heart of Edmonton, this store is truly an amazing experience you have to see for yourself.They have free parking, a wheelchair accessible ramp and parking. The doors to the facility are automated.They have nice clean washrooms that are very well upkept. They also have paper towels AND hand dryers for your convenience. Great customer service and thanks so much for your money back, no questions guarantee!!
