This is by far the best UPS store in the city! I have been going here for over 4 years to send packages to family in Ontario- about once every 3 weeks. The staff always greets me by name and almost always has my shipping label ready before I reach the front counter. At Christmas they went above and beyond to contact the UPS depot in Hamilton Ontario to find out why an extremely important package of mine was delayed. They were even able to get UPS in Hamilton to send a truck out with just my envelope, so it did not get delayed another day. I know I will get great service from Keri, Rick or Chad whenever I go in!
Fantastic service! I called from out of province to see if they could print and deliver an RFP for me. They had it done same day and it was submitted in advance of the deadline. We will definitely use this location in the future.
Great UPS store, easily the best in Edmonton and Ive used all of them. Chad (owner) always takes the time to make conversation and is upbeat and helpful. Im not sure if people who have bad reviews catch someone on an off day or what but my experiences are always great.To the people whove just complained it was closed Saturday, when I went by and also found it closed, there was a sign on the door because the power was out to the building.. not sure where the confusion is.
This is by far the best UPS location in Edmonton and my always my first choice for shipping and receiving needs. The owner is very friendly and offers prompt service. I have been a mail box holder for nearly three years at this location. The staff are amazing and knowledgable, they all know my name when I walk in, and they have been extremely helpful in the rare instance where I have a package delay in assisting to track my shipments down and getting them to me. In more than one case they have advocated for my package deliveries with companies other than UPS that was handling the shipping. Their professional printing services are excellent and they are always quick and efficient with shipping items I have had to over the years. As long as I live or work downtown they will always have my business.
