Great customer service.Very high quality products.Warranties where no one else would.Only negative is the price. If everything else is great, what can you expect? I've purchased many things from Hilti, and have had no issues whatsoever.

Love their tools and the service once inside the store is impeccable. But good luck trying to call them. The way Hilti sets up its phone service is absolutely infuriating. Honestly, why can i just call the store to place an order, instead having to go through a call center in who knows where. If our shop wasn't so close i'd shop elsewhere.
