Overall, this location was okay. The staff was helpful. They are overly concerned about shoplifting (maybe that happens a lot downtown), but the change rooms are all locked, and you have to ask someoneto unlock them to try clothes on. Also, the selection was not good.
They didn't have what I was looking for, as only the WEM and south end locations carry climbing shoes at Atmosphere. However this is not the staffs fault , they found our where there is what I want, so that I won't waste another trip.
I went here on a Wednesday morning and was looking for a bike and my man David was very helpful and very friendly. Definitely recommend him.

Bought two of the same pair of shoes online as i didn't know which size would be comfortable for my husband. Went to this location for convenience as I work downtown to return the pair that didnt fit. The clerk would only offer me a gift card for the return because I didn't have the packing slip. Called the Kingsway location and was told all they need to do is look up the order number in the system in order to get the packing slip information. Will never shop at the downtown location again! Poor customer service!
