Seamless service. Very good quality passport pictures. The transactions was quick and smooth. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable for my photo specifications. Got it on spot , five minutes and I was set to leave with what I was there for. Will certainly return for future needs.
Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I placed an order online and it was butchered. I ordered multiple photos, and all the prints were of the same photo. A manager called and promised to fix it and call me when it was done. That never happened. I later called back and asked to have the manager call me. That also never happened.
Great store but the staff seemed distracted by their own conversation to really help me find what it was that I was looking for initially. After speaking with them and getting their attention it was very easy for them to help me out. No real issues but could definitely do better to engage customers when they come into such a small store.
