Firstly, I found your entire team to be very professional and nice. I noticed that everyone took the proper care of what was being moved and spent the time wrapping everything up and getting things organized. The biggest thing I noticed was how you all interacted with each other. You all helped one another with lifting and directing. You all interacted with each other in a very friendly and professional manner. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family. Lastly, I was very happy you brought 4 guys versus 2. It made for a quick and easy move. I couldn't believe how fast everything was packed and unloaded.
Firstly let me say that Flex movers was fast and efficient and did not cause any damage to my things. However there are a few things which I would like to point out so that service is better for future customers.1. I had clearly provided my address and they ended up on the other side of the river for some reason (time was adjusted accordingly for charges).2. I would advise flexmovers to avoid smoking right before coming into move things. I had to open my windows to ventilate the place because the entire apartment did not smell pleasant after their entry and exit.3. Muddy Boot prints were all over the place and I ended up mopping the living room, bedroom floor and washroom floor (which two of them had to use during moving).I would imagine that this is part of professionalism for the services provided and Mr. Solomon would be inherently aware of these small yet important aspects of customer service.
Great services from Flex Movers they had our entire office moved within 3 hours. They came with some sort of rubber mat to protect our floors, walls and other belongings. We will definitely recommend to friends, family and other people looking to hire professionals!
