Shocking shocking service.These guys were super nice to talk to and have at the house. They charged 500 bucks for clearing a small blockage a few feet from our toilet and "didn't charge for the camera" as they "hadn't used it much " Turns out the small blockage they cleared wasn't the problem and we needed them to come and fix it again less than a week later. They charged us a FURTHER 500 bucks. When I called THREE TIMES and emailed, they completely ignored me. These people are dishonest and unprofessional. I would certainly never use their services again. Their phone system is set up so that you can only speak to a receptionist who can "merely page" one of the guys. She knows nothing and has no way of speaking to the guys in the field other than paging apparently so no matter how many times you call, they will never get back to you!! Unless of course you owe them money or are a paying job I assume.I don't know who the owner of this business is but I hope he hasn't worked TOO hard building up a name for himself only to have it destroyed by unprofessionalism, laziness and greed.
I am the manager of AA Johnny's Sewer and drain. I was sick for a while and unfortunately my guys were left scrambling to try and cover. Rebecca had not been called back until i returned to work. I had called her and found out what had happened. After verifying with my staff what had happened she was given a full refund for the second visit. Unfortunately I do not know who Colten Anderson is. We do use an answering service to answer our phones as i am usually on a truck helping customers myself. My answering service does not know the name either.
Very respectful when they came and the price was good and the job had seemed done, but it wasn't. nothing was fixed, the leak is still happening in the basement. And when they did leave, they left a HUGE mess. My 88 year old grandma was screwed over, so I'm very unhappy with this company. Be aware of hiring them. I hope they answer my calls soon, as they are now avoiding me. Well they can't avoid this review.
These guys are phenomenal. Gordon and Tom came by to have at look at my sink which hadn't been draining properly in weeks. A plumber friend of mine had come out and had a look, but we weren't able to get it cleaned it up; we had chopped it down to being a collapsed pipe. When they came out, they were super professional and tried running flushing the pipe instead, which cleared the issue! Not only did it save me a ton of money, but they were super quick and professional. I don't know what the other two are complaining about but I'd honestly recommend these guys every time.
